MyoKardia / HCM Care App & Launch Event

We produced an interactive launch event bringing together physicians, patients and the media
to unveil HCM Care; a free digital app. We created HCM Care as an educational resource for patients with a rare cardiac condition. The app now has over 20,000 users.
